Why We’re Moving to Atlanta
A New Chapter, The Same Heart
If you’ve followed RXLA from the beginning — whether you discovered us at Melrose Trading Post, walked into our LA studio, or found your favorite candle on Instagram — you’ve been part of something incredibly personal. This brand was never just about scents. It was about moments. Memories. A way to bring calm, warmth, and intention into everyday life.
And now, we’re stepping into our next chapter — one that brings big change, but holds true to everything we’ve always believed in.
RXLA is moving to Atlanta.
This wasn’t an easy decision. LA gave us our start. It’s where we poured our first batches of wax, hand-applied our first labels, and heard first-hand what scents made you feel at home. It’s the city that believed in us when all we had were folding tables, a spark of vision, and long market days.
But like many small, independent brands, we’ve had to stay scrappy — balancing rising overhead, supply costs, and the need to protect what matters most: the quality of our product and the soul of our brand.
We’ve always promised you luxury without the markup. Clean, intentional ingredients. Small-batch production. Candles that are made to burn beautifully, smell incredible, and never feel mass-produced. And we’re not willing to compromise that.
Moving to Atlanta allows us to stay true to that promise. Lower overhead means we can continue crafting in small batches, sourcing high-quality materials, and avoiding the price hikes we’ve worked so hard to resist.
But even more importantly — this move is personal.
Jocelyn, one half of our founding sister duo, made the move to Atlanta so her young son could spend precious time with his aging grandparents. As mothers, daughters, and family-first women, it was a decision rooted in love — the same kind of love we pour into every RX product.
This move isn’t about starting over. It’s about expanding the vision. Honoring our roots while building what’s next.
You’ll still find the same scents you’ve fallen in love with. The same quality. The same handmade care. And now, you’ll find us popping up in Atlanta, bringing RXLA to new homes, new spaces, and new hearts — while continuing to ship nationwide.
To our LA community: thank you. You built this with us.
To our ATL community: we can’t wait to meet you.
This is not goodbye — it’s just a new address.
With gratitude,
Jen & Jocelyn
