Shipping Policy

RXLA ships from Marietta, GA. All domestic orders are processed and shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx within 3 business days of purchase, pending payment authorization and verification, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow extra time for 50 oz candles (made to order) and for anything purchased during a sale. We ship within the USA only.

Shipping rates

Shipping is a $5.99 flat rate, and orders over $70 ship FREE via priority USPS, UPS, or FedEx ground. Orders over 1 lb are shipped with $100 of insurance to cover damaged goods. Insurance does not cover lost or stolen packages, so if that's a concern, please add Route protection and ship to a secure location. Standard USPS, UPS, or FedEx ground shipping generally takes 3 to 5 business days to deliver once your package has shipped. Please check the courier websites for delivery exclusion days.

Processing time

We're just as excited for your package as you are. Orders placed by 10:30 AM EST will generally ship the same or next business day. Because everything is handmade and we're a small shop, there are occasionally exceptions based on inventory, but we strive to get every package out within three business days.

Lost or stolen packages

RXLA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Please allow about 1 day for tracking to update, and see the courier websites for any delay information. The customer assumes all responsibility for loss or damage once the package has been handed off to the carrier.

Route claims must be filed at least 5 days after the delivery date, and no later than 15 days after that date.

P.O. boxes

We do ship to P.O. boxes, sent through USPS. USPS does not offer a signature option for P.O. boxes, so the customer assumes the liability of shipping without one.
