How to Use Your Candle for the Best Burn

🕯 Trim the Wick

Before each burn, trim the wick to 1/4 inch to prevent soot and ensure an even flame.

🔥 Burn to the Edge

Let the wax pool reach the edges of the candle on every burn to prevent tunneling.

🪵 Place with Care

Set your candle on a heat-resistant surface or candle tray to protect your furniture.

🌬 Avoid Drafts

🚫 No Blowing Out

Smells like mango, but fake mango

I had high hopes for this candle, but it smells like just kind of Glade air freshener.

Thanks so much for your feedback, Jamie! The Mango Sticky Rice candle does have a creamy coconut note that can come across stronger for some people and reminicent of more sun tan lotion— it’s what gives that true “dessert” warmth the fragrance is inspired by. We use clean, essential oil–based blends to keep it as true-to-life as possible, but scent is such a personal experience and can vary a lot from nose to nose.

If you prefer something fresher without the coconut or vanilla tones, we think you’d love Bora Bora — it’s bright, beachy, and clean without the milky sweetness. Just juicy.
