A few drops go a long way, and there are so many easy ways to use them. Here are our favorites.
Scent your space
- Add a few drops to a water diffuser or an oil warmer.
- Refresh your wax melts, or an RXLA scented sachet, once the scent fades.
- Set a scented cotton ball near an air vent or in front of a fan to carry the scent through the room.
- Add a few drops to your furnace or AC filter, so a soft scent spreads through the house when the system runs. Refresh it when you change the filter.
- Add drops to pinecones, dried flowers, or a faux wreath for instant scented decor.
- Warm a few drops in a small pot of water on the stove on low for a simple simmer pot. Keep an eye on it and don't let it boil dry.
Freshen the little things
- Tuck a scented cotton ball into a drawer, closet, car, gym bag, shoes, luggage, or the bottom of a trash can.
- Dab a few drops inside the cardboard tube of your toilet paper or paper towel roll.
- Add a few drops to dryer sheets or a wool dryer ball for scented laundry.
- Drop a scented cotton ball in with off-season clothes or linens to keep them fresh.
Clean with scent
- Mix a few drops into baking soda, then sprinkle on carpet and vacuum, or use it as an all-purpose cleaner.
- Add a few drops to your vacuum filter so it freshens the air while you clean.
- Add a few drops to your mop water or homemade cleaner. Go light and only on sealed floors, since oil can make them slick.
- Top a spray bottle with water, shake, and mist for a quick room or linen spray.
- Add a few drops to your bath water for a little at-home spa moment.
Wear it (diluted)
- Our oils are cosmetic-grade and safe for skin once diluted. For a dab-on perfume, mix about 2 parts carrier oil to 1 part fragrance oil; for all-over body, about 4 parts carrier to 1 part. Always patch test first, and never apply undiluted.
Good to know
- A little goes a long way, so start with just a few drops.
- Keep away from open flame and out of reach of children and pets.
- Keep it off fabric and finished or porous surfaces like wood, since it can stain.
- For a scent boost in a candle, add one drop to the melted wax pool of an already-lit candle, away from the wick and flame. Never more than a drop, since fragrance oil is flammable.
What it's made of
A clean blend of perfume and essential oils, cosmetic-grade and undiluted, never cut with carrier oils, so a little goes a long way. Many of our scents are one-of-a-kind, developed by us. These are the very same oils we use across our candles, perfumes, room sprays, and diffusers.
